1. Orders once confirmed can only be canceled by giving a call on the helpline/contact number/details provided on this website.
2. Customer support will be available only on weekdays (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) between 10.00 am to 5.30 pm.
3. Order cancellation request should be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of the order.
4. Cancellation request will be accepted only if the goods have not been shipped from our YLP's warehouse, office/offices.
5. Buyer/user will have to bear the credit/debit card processing fees in case of cancellation of orders & also the payment gateways fees (if any).
6. Once the goods are shipped, cancellation request will be accepted at the sole discretion of YLP & below additional terms & condition will be enforced for this process:
a) Buyer/user will have to bear the courier/transport charges.
b) Order cancellation process will take place only after goods are returned by the buyer/user in un-used & un-damaged condition with original packaging.
c) In case of cancellation of order the buyer/user also need to return all the freebies (if any) in un-used & un-damaged condition with original packaging.
d) Cancellation will also lead to deletion of equivalent reward points & bonus points.
7. Final refund amount will be calculated based on all the above deductions.
8. Refund will be initiated & amount will be credited to the buyer/users debit/credit card account in 3-7 working days. Number of days may also vary depending upon various condition like payment gateway connectivity, bank verification & authorization process etc.
